The Mississippi River Lodge Bedrooms
Our Vacation Home has four bedrooms, three with queen size beds and one with twin beds. The three main bedrooms look out over the Mississippi River through windows with a very large picture window for a fantastic view of the river and an awning window for a nice breeze to keep you cool. All three main bedrooms have vertical blinds. All the beds are newer beds with Serta pillow top mattresses to give you a great nights rest.
Two full bathrooms are conviently located just across the hallway.
The first of the "Riverview Bedrooms" is decorated conservatively, but just imagine waking up in the morning to the view of The Mississippi River. The sun comes up and lights up the bluffs along the Iowa side of the river and wildlife abounds around the islands and on the river. In the fall and spring when the Great American Pelicans are migrating there are hundreds of pelicans flying around the river.
This bedroom also has a 26" wall mounted flat screen television.
The "Middle" bedroom with a view of the Mississippi River is decorated in an antique fishing theme.
An old Bamboo fishing pole that belonged to my Grandmother hangs on the wall.

The third bedroom with a view of the Mississippi River is decorated in a "Duck Theme" with wallpaper part way up the walls and a duck wallpaper border.
The fourth bedroom located across the hall from the other three bedrooms has twin pillow top beds.
Each bedroom has it's own closet.
